Abstract (es)
El posconflicto, en su sentido más amplio, es el proceso de transición de un conflicto armado interno a la proscripción de las acciones bélicas. Ello implicará la reconfiguración de los escenarios y prioridades de la seguridad pública. Por tanto, las demandas ciudadanas, las expresiones de violencia y conductas punibles relacionadas con la maximización de beneficios y la imposición de órdenes sociales por parte de actores no estatales, tendrían una calidad contingente. Desde esta perspectiva, la institucionalización de actividades económicas criminales y el conflicto social, son dinámicas con sentido de reproducción propio que hacen parte de la vida cotidiana. Además, son independientes de los procesos políticos que se desarrollen y se les considera riesgos latentes contra la seguridad pública.
