Abstract
The total economic evaluation of groundwater resources stems from the need to value the relationship of the impacts caused by the deterioration of the quality of the collection system of groundwater, committed by the high rate of extraction of groundwater aquifers at City Bogota, depending on the support of commercial industrial activities, domestic water supply and irrigation.
At Distrital University Francisco Jose de Caldas, the Research Group - GEA (Group of Environmental Studies) through the Seed Research Environmental Economic Competitiveness - CEA address the problem that corresponds to the need for a full economic assessment aimed at establishing a planned extraction, based on the valuation of the resource in-situ measuring the direct relationship between the differential subsidence sinkholes and groundwater extraction of Guadalupe, this being a factor causing land subsidence faults and fractures that create infrastructure damage urban and private, leading to loss of quality of life for the deterioration of the properties in the town of Puente Aranda and social impact generated by these induced in terms of the change in value of the properties under effects are affected by subsidence I usually.
